PAYMENT
Private lessons are secured by submitting payment immediately after scheduling. If payment is not received within 24 hours of scheduling, the lesson will be canceled and opened up for another athlete. For group lessons, payment must be submitted by all athletes in the group within 48 hours of booking to secure the lesson.
RESCHEDULING
At minimum, 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling a lesson. Contact your coach or reschedule through Calendly.
REMINDERS
In advance of the lesson, Crossfire sends email reminders and text messages (if cell number is provided). Be sure the email address is entered correctly and check your spam folder.
NO-SHOWS
There are no refunds or reschedules for no-shows.
LATE ARRIVALS
Lessons are often scheduled back to back. If an athlete arrives late, the lesson will still conclude at its original end time (55 min after the scheduled start time).
