Strength, Agility & Jump Training
Offered for 12-1 and 12-2 on Tue/Thu. Designed to help volleyball players become faster, stronger and more explosive, each practice session includes strength and agility training led by Viverant N1 Motion Performance. By improving overall athleticism, this one-of-a-kind program looks to improve vertical jump, gain balance and stability, increase first step quickness and reduce the likelihood of injury. Nutrition education, physical testing and injury screens are also part of the program.
