Transforming Youth Sports
Something has been lost in the new millennium of youth sports.  Demanding training regimens, the pressure to perform and be accepted, decreased family time and frequent Sunday morning sports activities are just a few of the areas of concern in the world of youth sports.  Researchers from Michigan State University say 75% of todays teenagers quit organized athletics by the age of 15 because he or she was not having fun, lost interest, or experienced a coach who was a poor teacher (USA Volleyball).

While challenging our athletes to train with excellence and for the glory of God, Crossfire Youth Sports has a vision to put sports in its proper perspective.  When this is achieved and a young person has a greater degree of balance in life, they are better able to play and participate for the love and enjoyment of the game.  Our emphasis on faith, balance and fundamentals guides the development of our activities, which includes flexible programming for different levels of experience and short season options.

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is, his good, pleasing and perfect will. - Romans 12:2 NIV
