Winning Fundamentals with 1st Ball Contact

Mastering the crucial components of the first ball contact is critical when striving to play at a high level. Run by Jacki Smith (BIO), current head coach at Dordt University in Sioux Center, Iowa, this clinic will focus on refining and practicing fundamental skills with an emphasis on learning the strategies behind the first ball contact.
 
Clinic topics/drills include: Serve receive training, first contact skills (serve, pass, defense), platform digging technique, serving concepts and competitive mindset 
 
Jacki Smith has been coaching at the collegiate level since 2015. As a former multi-sport athlete in volleyball and basketball, she earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Northwestern. She furthered her education with a master's degree in Coaching & Athletic Administration. Jacki brings to this clinic not only her expertise as a coach but also her experience as a multi-sport athlete.
