Training

Spring Training
  • Junior Jumpers - Kindergarten to 5th grade runs April to May. Flexibility to attend sessions once or twice a week. Information posted in March.
  • 5th to 10th grade - Runs mid-March to mid-May (excluding Easter weekend). Provides the flexibility to attend either or both weekend sessions. Information posted in early February. 
Summer Training - From June to August. Quality volleyball training at a great value to accommodate a flexible summer schedule for 4th to 12th grade girls. Information posted in early March.
 
Fall Training - Starts the Wednesday after Labor Day, runs for 5 weeks and concludes the Tuesday before MEA weekend. 90-minute sessions include 60 minutes on the court and 30 minutes of strength and agility training. Information posted in June/July. 
 
Private Lessons/Small Group Training - individual or small group training offered on a seasonal basis.
