New this year, Crossfire is forming summer teams for those who want an additional opportunity to play 6 on 6 volleyball. Athletes have the freedom to train during the day in our summer programs, then play 6 on 6 volleyball during the evening. Participants will learn and build a solid foundation of fundamental volleyball skills under the direction of experienced Crossfire coaches. Teams will participate in competitions against other clubs around the Twin Cities metro area on Thursday evenings.

Eligibility: 5th to 9th grade girls (in the fall of 2018). Experienced players as well as beginning players can participate.
Teams: Players will be grouped according to age and experience level. Team placement decisions are final and will not be changed. Evaluation sessions for team placement will take place the week of July 9th during the evening (6:00pm or later). More details will be posted at a later date.
Practices: Teams will practice one evening per week for 2 hours on Monday or Tuesday at Crossfire Training Center in Champlin. Practice timeframe will be between 6:00 and 9:30pm.
Competitions: Four competitions will take place on four consecutive Thursday evenings starting July 19th to August 9th from approximately 6:00 to 9:00pm. Teams will play two matches and officiate once on those evenings. There are two age levels for competition - 9th Grade & Under teams and 6th Grade & Under teams.
Cost: $200, includes t-shirt, coaching, practice & training time, tournament costs. There are no tryouts, simply sign up to participate. Full payment is required upon registration and is non-refundable. Space is limited and we will close age divisions when maximum numbers are reached.
