For those who are not playing high school volleyball in the fall, Crossfire is offering a fall training opportunity for girls in 9th to 12th grade. 90-minute sessions will include 60 minutes on the court and 30 minutes of strength and agility training. Details are below.
Players must have at least 2 years of club or school volleyball team experience, possess strong ball control skills, mastered overhand serving, and be proficient in one or more of the positional areas (defense, setting, attacking).
Monday through Thursday (except 1st and last week)
4:30 to 6:00pm
60 minutes of court time
30 minutes of strength and agility training
Athletes can choose the skill areas based on position: Passing/ball control, Serve/serve receive, Attacking, Blocking, Setting
STRENGTH & AGILITY TRAINING
30 minutes of each daily session are dedicated to strength and agility training offered by N1 Motion.
REGISTERING FOR A FALL TEAM?
Yes you can do both. If you are registered for a fall team and are interested in doing fall training, your fall team practice time will be at 6pm or later to accommodate participation in both.
Single class pass $30: Register for any date from September 9th to October 13th. Space is limited and classes will close when the maximum threshold is met. There are no walk-ins, no refunds. Registrations will close for day passes 48 hours before each class.
10-Pack Pass $180: Pay for 6 classes, get 4 classes FREE*
20-Pack Pass $360: Pay for 12 classes, get 8 classes FREE*
* 10-Pack Pass and All Access Pass registration will remain open until August 31st, unless capacity is reach prior to that date.

If the program is shortened or entirely canceled due to COVID-19, a partial or full refund will be issued.
