Laura Kasey/High School Prep Series
Tune up your game before the high school season. Laura Kasey, former University of MN Associate Head Coach and top level trainer, will lead these two-hour sessions on five Wednesday evenings leading up to high school tryouts (sign up for one or more sessions). Laura uses research-based training strategies to maximize biomechanical efficiency and achieve fundamental skill reinforcement.
