Laura Kasey High School Prep
Tune up your game before the high school season. Laura Kasey, former University of MN Associate Head Coach and top level trainer, will lead these two-hour sessions on five consecutive Wednesday evenings leading up to high school tryouts (sign up for one or more sessions). Laura uses research-based training strategies to maximize biomechanical efficiency and achieve fundamental skill reinforcement.
