Summer Strength & Performance 6th-12th

Crossfire and N1 Motion are teaming up for Summer 2024 Strength & Performance Training for boys and girls. This summer program helps athletes take their game to new heights by improving their vertical jump, explosive strength, speed, quickness, core, mobility, and injury prevention. A perfect complement to any sport.

Program Details

Girls and Boys
9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm
 
  • Ages 12 and up (6th to 12th grade in the fall of 2024)
  • June 10th to August 8th (off July 3rd & 4th)
  • 1 hour session length
  • Monday through Thursday

Participation Options

Sessions run Mon-Thu each week. One pass per time slot. Registration required, no walk-ins.
NOTE: In order to attend more than one time slot, additional passes must be purchased. 
 
Select a pass option that works for you:
  • 9 Week Pass allows access from June 10th to August 8th (off 7/3 & 7/4) and offers the best value at less than half the per session rate.
  • 6 Week Pass allows access from July 1st to August 8th.
  • 1 Single Session Pass allows access to one session time slot between July 1st and Aug 8th. If capacity has not been reached, the Single Session Pass option will open for registration on May 31st. Single Session registration closes each Friday at noon for the following week.

Expert Coaching
N1 Motion has educated coaches who have degrees and certifications in exercise science or a related field. They also have experience and understand how the human body functions, how to make modifications for athletes to maximize their capabilities, and how to motivate each individual to be at their best!
